Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our nursery safely and without damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned greenery or decor, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
