How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the pot and protect the foliage. Each plant is hydrated before transit and insulated to maintain a stable temperature until it reaches your doorstep.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Green Health Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the selection and packing process has begun in our greenhouse, we are unable to make further changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure our plants spend the minimum amount of time in transit and arrive in peak condition.
